Aggregate reports arrive from mailbox providers a day or two after you publish a record, so allow some time at first.
If reports are still empty after a few days, check that your DMARC record contains a valid rua=mailto: address and that the mailbox can receive external mail. If you use a reporting address on a different domain, that domain may need to authorise reports for yours.
When you host your domain with DMARC Engine, we receive and parse these reports for you, so there is nothing to configure.
